The price list is subject to change; the following is just an estimate of our services.  Services vary with each event and therefore our prices change accordingly. The more we provide, the less each individual service may become.

Rent for the barn is $250 for the first hour, which includes cleaning before and after your event.   The next 3 hours will be $50 per hour, therefore for a four-hour event the building will be $400, and if you plan on a longer time period we will negotiate after that.
